Seats at the gala event are $120 per person, or $900 for a table of eight. The sooner you reserve your seats, the better seating placement you get.
The menu for the amazing four-course dinner is:
Roasted maple butternut squash scented with clove and topped with creme fraiche
Mixed greens, strawberries, sliced green grapes, toasted almonds in a parmesan basket finished with raspberry vinaigrette.
Supreme breast of chicken stuffed with brie and spinach, duchess potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, truffle jus
Flourless chocolate cake with Baileys Cream sauce

David works as the Business Development Manager for NBCC, he has transferred his strong technical and customer service background into developing solid relationships within the business community. Prior to this he worked 14 years in the economic development field. Results-oriented, and knowledgeable, he worked as a technical recruiter for one of the world’s largest staffing agencies and helped make it the most profitable in Canada. Certified as a Microsoft Systems Engineer and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate, David also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Jessica was born and raised in Saint John, NB. She has spent over 15 years in the Contact Center Industry before pivoting her career over to Project Management. She currently works with many C-Suite members of Fortune 500 Companies to build and leverage new ideas. Starting with an idea, or an established taxonomy Jessica helps tailor impactful and leveraging solutions. In her spare time she participates in multiple 5k and 10k marathons, travels when her schedule allows and continues to grow her culinary skills.
Darcy Vaughan is a Sales Manager at Hilton Saint John / Saint John Trade & Convention Centre.
Originally from Fredericton, she moved to Saint John in 2010. Darcy has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and loves her job as she gets to work with clients on a daily basis and help bring large conventions to our beautiful province of New Brunswick! Darcy is married to Peter Corfield, and they have an “almost” 4-year-old little boy named Alec.
Derek Fitzgerald is a leader with Deloitte’s Technology Strategy Consulting practice supporting the Contact Centre Industry within Atlantic Canada. Derek is a dynamic leader with a real passion for customer centricity and quality. He has over 15 years of direct experience working with the Contact Centre industry and has carefully honed his expertise throughout his career in centre strategy, customer experience management, delivery operations optimization and enabling technology modernization in order to help organizations deliver on their promises to customers while driving business results through operational excellence and organizational effectiveness programs.
In addition to his Deloitte experience in Management Consulting, Lean Six Sigma and Analytics, Derek is actively engaged with the Contact Centre industry as a member of the board of ContactNB and is an Industry-certified Contact Centre Leader through the HDMI Institute.
