Our Customer Care Center provides support to retailers and players.  Whether it’s a question from a Lotto 649 player who just realized they’re a big winner and is looking for information on what to do next, or a retailer who is looking to troubleshoot technical issues with a VLT, our team of nearly 50 professionals is committed to enhancing the customer experience with each and every interaction.

The work we do is vital in supporting the Video Lottery, Ticket Lottery, Online Gaming and Inside Sales verticals.  We are part of a world-class organization and the level of service we provide is reflective of this.  Efficiency, accuracy and reliability are our fundamental values.
