Contact Atlantic is the largest contact centre industry conference and expo east of Montreal, drawing over 200 contact centre professionals from across Canada as well as delegates from the US and Europe. Since its beginning in 1999, it has grown to become Canada's Premier Contact Centre Industry event.
The event is organized by a not-for-profit, private sector, volunteer organzing committee committed to industry growth, employee development, enhanced community awareness and promotion of the contact centre industry. The contact centres that come to this event represent industry-leading companies from around the world.
