Your membership enables ContactNB to continue its work as an advocate of New Brunswick's vibrant contact centre industry and gives your company a unique opportunity to be viewed as a leader in our industry and in our communities.

In addition to our annual ContactNB Conference, training events and best practice sessions, we will facilitate networking opportunities with other member centres, partners, experts and groups willing to share ideas, expertise, services and technology that will keep you and your employees on the leading edge of industry trends. We help our members with their hiring needs by hosting job fairs from time to time, and we post available positions on our ContactNB Job Board.
